KEEPING THE RECORDS IN ORDER…

Your help is needed to make this association continue through the years.  Please share any addresses, phone numbers, and possible e-mails.  Please send us an e-mail or give us a call and we can update the Alumni database.  Please notify us of any changes of address, whether from 911 or moving as additional cost is accruing from having to resend newsletters with each mailing.

We can not emphasize enough how important it is for grads to include maiden names and year of graduation in any correspondence to the association, whether snail or e-mail.  Your cooperation will relieve hours of record searching and prevent many gray hairs.

The Old Orchard Beach Alumni Association has a policy to protect the privacy of members by not releasing class lists for the purpose of solicitation.  Each class agent is responsible for the release of member information to long-lost friends or for the purpose of individual class reunions.  A direct request to the corresponding secretary will assure that your address will be used for alumni newsletters only and not released to ANY person or organization for ANY purpose.
